Kindly do not accept the courier pack if the package is damaged.
We accept return requests only if the product is damaged and it should be returned in original condition.
Requests for returns should be made within 24 hrs. of receiving the product.
Return request would be declined,
1. If there is a slight change in color of the product compared to the ordered photo.
2. If minor thread pull outs or any seapage in weaving.
3. For any minor "over printing" issue in saree designs.
Customers are requested to reship the product back to the address provided, when the return request is accepted.
We will bear the return shipment cost up-to ₹.100/- only.
Products should be shipped within 24 hours soon after our acceptance of your return request. Tracking details of the return shipment should be sent to us immediately.
Once the product is received back, we will recheck for the complaint and then the refund will be initiated within 3 working days.
